Broadway Pizza

Ever since I was a young girl, Broadway Pizza has been my all time favorite. I recently learned the secret to their fabulous crust, and gave it my best shot last night. It turned out SO yummy!! I made two pizzas, and my roomie and I devoured one of them. Leftover pizza for breakfast!! YES!

What could be better?

I used the bread machine to make the crust. Takes 90 minutes. While I waited, I sauteed the onions and cooked the spicy hot Italian sausage. I rolled the dough out on the pizza peel, piled on the toppings (no sauce, just plenty of chopped fresh tomatoes, sprinkled on the herbs and heaped on the cheese. 15 minutes later I was eating pizza!!
